For your convenience, we have a self-service salad bar with many choices for you to choose from such as antipasto, potato salad and many more.
Each day we offer 3 special hot entrées with your choice of hot or cold sides. Most days the entrees will be different from those served in the student cafeteria. We also offer two fresh-made soups (made from scratch) each day.
Have us prepare your favorite deli sandwich. We offer a wide variety of breads and all the usual meats like ham, turkey, roast beef, salami and bologna. We also have fresh tuna, chicken or egg salad. Top it off with lettuce, tomato, onions and hot peppers and your favorite condiment.
To top off your meal we offer a variety of fresh cakes and pies as well as Jell-O and pudding. We also have assorted bags of chips and granola bars and fresh-baked cookies.
